We ship this from Bulgaria using Bulgarian National Post. Tracking here.

In some cases DPD and FedEx, depending on the destination.


Once your order leaves our warehouse you will receive an automatic email with a tracking number. Please note that we receive a huge amount of orders and the tracking number fulfillment might be delayed, due to the workload.

International orders will be delivered via your local post services. Please check your local post service with the same tracking number we have provided you.

Example: If you have ordered from France, expect delivery from LaPoste (The local state office). Germany - Deutsche Post.

You can check the tracking numbers in their websites as well. If the tracking number states that the package is in the local office after an unsuccessful delivery attempt, please go and check your local post office and ask them with your tracking number.


Please do not accept damaged or opened packages!

International EU: 5-15 business days.

Overseas: 15-30 business days.

  • The shipping of orders, that are on pre-sale, starts on the date announced in the product description of the item.
  • Providing your phone number is an obligation, as it will be forwarded to the courier company to contact you , in case they have problems with the delivery or to notify you for an unsuccessful delivery attempt.
  • Packages, which are returned to us with the reason "Not Claimed" will not be Reshiped after the reshipping fee is covered by the customer. The customer is also entitled to cancel the order and get a refund for the product, but not for the shipping.
  • Please, provide us with a door code , if it is necessary for the delivery.

Items marked as limited edition can not be returned or exchanged.

If you are not happy or want to return the books or items you bought you can return it and we will refund your payment, excluding the shipping fees.
