SHIPPING INFORMATION AND PRICES - Shipments sent from our German warehouse.

We ship this from Germany, using the Premium National and International Packet services of DHL. 

We do not provide Express Shipping.


Once your order leave our warehouse you will receive an automatic email with tracking number. Please note that we receive huge amount of orders and the tracking number fulfilment might be delayed, due to the manual work. Your package might arrive before your tracking number.

International orders might be delivered via your local post services or DHL. If you have ordered from France, expect delivery from LaPoste (The local state office). You can check the tracking numbers in their websites as well. If the tracking number states that the package is in local office after unsuccessful delivery attempt, please go and check your local post office and ask them with your tracking number.


Please do not accept damaged or opened packages!

Germany Domestic 3-5 business days.

International EU: 5-15 business days.

Overseas: 15-30 business days.

• The shipping of orders, which are on pre-sale, starts on the date announced in the product description of the item.

• Providing your phone number is an obligation, as it will be forwarded to the courier company to contact you , in case they have problems with the delivery or to notify you for an unsuccessful delivery attempt.

• Packages, which are returned to us with the reason "Not Claimed" will not be a subject of a "Free Return". In such cases the customer needs to pay again for the shipping. The customer is also entitled to cancel the order and get a full refund for the product, but not for the shipping.

• Please, provide us with a door code , if it is necessary for the delivery. 

• We do not mark orders as gift!

RETURNS

In case your package returns to our warehouse, caused of a mistake from our part (providing wrong or incomplete address to DHL) we will contact you and re-ship the package to you at no extra cost.

In case package returns to our warehouse, because of whatever other reason (DHL could not locate your house, You provided wrong or incomplete address etc.) we will contact you for more information and offer you to reship the items on your expense. You will have a delay of 5 working days to respond, otherwise we will automatically cancel the order and refund you the amount payed for the item. Shipping fee is non-refundable. Additional to the shipping fee we will deduct a fee for the return of the package to our warehouse.

Items marked as limited edition can not be returned or exchanged.

If you are not happy or want to return the books or items you bought you can return it and we will refund your payment, excluding the shipping fees.
