Shipping & Handling

The shipping prices depend on the country to which the order is shipped. We have Regular Shipping, Express Shipping and for some countries Fast Shipping. We use different shipping service providers, depending on the shipping option. The shipping fee depends on the weight and destination. Please, note that some countries don’t have the option for Fast Shipping. All prices are in Euro. All orders are shipped on the next day. Orders made Friday and during the weekend, are shipped on Monday. Orders made during holidays or the last working day, will be shipped on the next working day. As a Bulgarian company, we consider holidays and non working days, all holidays and non working days, which are officially stated as such by the Bulgarian government (http://www.timeanddate.com/calendar/?year=2017&country=73 ). Orders of products, which are on pre-sale, will be shipped at the date announced in the product description of the product.  There may be delays or even impossibility because of strikes, war or political reasons. In that case you will be informed via Email. We do not accept orders to P.O. Boxes and Package Stations for orders with "Fast Shipping", "Fast M shipping" or "Express Shipping".In case you are not at the provided delivery address during the delivery time, the couriers would do few more delivery attempts and depending on the local courier company, leave a note, or a SMS for you with more information how to claim the package.  Please, always check at your post box or front door if there is such a note. Please, give us a valid phone number to make sure you receive a SMS with the claiming info.In case the package is sent back to us with the reason that it was not claimed, it will be not a subject of a free return and the shipping price will not be refunded. If you provide an invalid phone number and the package is returned to us it will also not be a subject of return and the shipping price will not be refunded.

Regular Shipping

This is our standard option, which takes between 5 and 15 business days. The service is provided by the Bulgarian Post, with the cooperation of the postal service in your country (see SHIPPING RATES & OPTIONS table). You can track your order at the BG Post web page (http://www.bgpost.bg/?cid=176 ) or at https://www.aftership.com/ .

In case your order has not arrived  within 15 business days, please don't hesitate to contact us at shop@thegriftes.org . Please provide us with your order number. We will need 7 business days to check and we will inform you what is happening with your order.In case a shipment gets lost, we issue a full refund.

Fast Shipping

This option is only available for some countries (see table). The service is provided different companies. The shipping takes between 3 and 6 business days. You will receive a tracking number and a link for the web page, where you can track your order.  In case your order has not arrived within 6 business days, please don't hesitate to contact us at shop@thegriftes.org . Please provide us with your order number. We will need 1 business day to check and we will inform you what is happening with your order.In case a shipment gets lost, we issue a full refund.

Express Shipping

This option takes between 1 and 3 business days. The service is provided by TNT Express Bulgaria. You can use the tracking number that you receive at http://www.tnt.com/webtracker/tracker.do?navigation=1&respLang=en&respCountry=au  to track your order.

In case your order has not arrived  within 3 business days, please don't hesitate to contact us at shop@thegriftes.org . Please provide us with your order number. We will need 1 business day to check and we will inform you what is happening with your order.In case a shipment gets lost, we issue a full refund.

IMPORTANT!!!

*Shipping of orders, which are on pre-sale, starts on the date announced in the product description of the item.

**Providing your phone number is an obligation, as it will be forwarded to the courier company to contact you , in case they have problems with the delivery or to notify you for an unsuccessful delivery attempt.

***Packages, which are returned to us with the reason "Not Claimed" will not be a subject of a "Free Return". In such cases the customer needs to pay again for the shipping. The customer is also entitled to cancel the order and get a full refund for the product, but not for the shipping.
